I just found out that I am related to Abraham Lincoln! My sister-in-law Kathy is doing some research on the Kirk family tree. She discovered that Abe’s grandfather was Captain Abraham Lincoln, and the Kirks are descended from Grandpa Abe’s sister Lydia.
Ask your parents about your family tree! You never know who you might be related to. Whether or not they’re famous, it’s fun to find out where you come from.
